Is Consignment For Me?
Do you have a wardrobe full of clothes but feel like you have nothing to wear? Consigning with us lets you sell the pieces you no longer reach for and put the funds towards something you love.
Forget lowball offers and back-and-forth messages! We handle the entire process, stress-free. All you need to do is send us your items and we'll take care of the rest.
Brands We Accept
We're happy to consider items from mid to high-end brands, ranging from everyday lifestyle labels like Assembly Label and Shona Joy, to luxury designers such as Zimmermann and Chanel.
Please note, we do not accept fast fashion brands.
Item Condition
We accepts items with no major flaws or significant signs of wear. All items must be freshly washed or dry cleaned before submission.
We assess and list each peice using the following standards:

| New | Pristine condition, with original tags or packaging |
Number of Items
There is no minimum requirement. Whether you have one item or an entire collection, we'd be happy to sell on your behalf.
How It Works
1. Contact Us
Send us a DM on Instagram or email at circularconvert@gmail.com with the following details for each item:
- Image
- Brand name
- Condition
- Purchase price (optional but helpful)
Proof of purchase is required for luxury items. Alternatively, we can provide a quote for authentication.
2. Approval & Pricing
We'll respond within 3 business days with proposed pricing and our commission structure. Our pricing is based on extensive research, taking into account desirability, condition and market trends to give your item the best chance to sell.
3. Commission Structure

| $150 and under | 40% |
| $150 – $499 | 35% |
| $500 – $999 | 30% |
| $1000+ | Fixed rate (under 30%) |
4. What We Provide
Once we receive your items, we handle everything:
- Styling
- Modelling
- Photography & Video
- Organic & Paid Social Marketing
- Customer Service & Shipping
5. Listing Duration
Items are held for up to 8 weeks once listed.
- If sold, we'll contact you to arrange payment.
- If unsold, we'll discuss next steps - price adjustment (with your approval), return (shipping at your expense), or donation/recycling via sustainable channels to avoid landfill.
Item Collection
If you're located in Sydney's central, inner metro or eastern suburbs, we offer:
- Free pick-up (weekdays, evenings or weekends)
- Drop-off service
