Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been sent, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Optional add ons:

Signature on Delivery: Add $2.95

Insurance: Available upon request. Recommended for designer or high-value pieces.

Please note: without insurance, Australia Post covers only up to $100 for lost parcels.

Local Collection & Drop-Off

You are welcome to pick-up your order in Alexandria, NSW. Select 'Pick Up' option at checkout. We will provide contact details and address information once your order is processed to arrange a suitable pick up time.

We also offer free local drop-off for customers in Inner West or Eastern suburbs of Sydney. Please select 'Drop Off' at checkout, and we'll contact you to arrange a drop-off.

International Shipping

For international orders, please email us at circularconvert@gmail.com for a custom quote.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, GST or import fees are the responsibility or the customer.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to the unpaid changes, the original shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Packaging

We use Hero Packaging for all orders, including shipping labels. Please cut packaging into small pieces and compost after use. Thank you for supporting sustainable shipping.
